Your event should be profiting before the doors even open.
BidPal creates unique sponsorship opportunities that companies are eager to support. Interactive advertisements, custom sponsor pages, scrolling sponsor messages, and logo placement on large Scoreboards®—all directed towards an affluent, captive audience in a “charitable” state of mind—are why some events profit before the doors even open!

Rotating Sponsor Logos and Custom Sponsor Pages
Sponsor logo advertisements appear on the BidPal device in the top left corner of the home screen and they navigate to a custom page where the sponsor can provide additional information about its services, charitable giving, special offers for event guests, or anything else it would like to communicate. BidPal provides much more robust advertising than traditional logo placement and, because guests must view the device to participate in the fundraising, it practically guarantees that it will be seen.
Scrolling Messages
Scrolling ticker messages are a perfect way to catch guests’ eyes during the auction. The messages are unlimited and scroll continuously on the home screen. Offer them to your sponsors, use them for important event messages or both!
Scoreboards®
Throughout the auction, bidding information can be displayed intermittently on large screens located in the auction or dining areas. Placing sponsors’ logos or advertisements at the top of the Scoreboard® provides outstanding exposure–particularly during the live appeal when all eyes are glued to the real-time results displayed there. Perfect for premium sponsorship packages!
You’re in control.
Charities have the flexibility to create custom sponsorship packages that combine any or all of BidPal’s advertising opportunities in addition to traditional auction signage and benefits. You determine the number of advertisers as well as how often their ads rotate, messages scroll, and when their ads appear on the Scoreboards®. BidPal gives you the tools; it’s up to you to decide how to use them.
