Scott Webber
Chairman & CEO
In his 30 years in the technology industry, Mr. Webber has successfully guided companies from inception to maturity. Most recently, Mr. Webber has been an investor and mentor to young Indiana technology companies. He currently serves as the Chairman & CEO of Volatus Advisors, an investment and advisory vehicle for young companies. Successful investments include Performance Assessment Network, which was launched out of the VTG incubator, and Autobase, where Webber also served as Chairman & CEO.
Previously, Mr. Webber served as Chief Executive of Corepoint Technologies, a global IBM software company, where he increased flat revenues by 60% in a period of eight months. As President and CEO of Software Artistry, Inc., he led the company to the first successful software IPO in the state, and later to an acquisition by Tivoli Systems, an IBM company. Webber also spent 10 years at Pansophic Systems, Inc.; a software company that grew from a $30 million privately held company to a $230 million publicly traded company during his tenure. Mr. Webber holds a Masters of Management from Northwestern University and a BA degree from Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada.

Rich Rella
CFO
Mr. Rella brings more than 25 years of diversified financial and operational experience working with entrepreneurial companies; providing leadership in building processes and infrastructure to support rapid growth. Rella most recently was the CFO/COO of Suros Surgical Systems, Inc. where he helped grow the company from a start-up in 2002 to a $283 million strategic exit in 2006 that approximated 8 times trailing 12 month revenue and provided over a 6x return to shareholders.
From 1994 – 2000, Mr. Rella was the CFO of Pictorial, Inc., a $30 million publisher and software development company where he helped take the Company to a strategic exit in 1997 and again in 2000 for over $120 million.. From 1990 -1994, Rella was the CFO of Shepard Poorman Communications Corporation, a printing and publishing company that grew from $17 – 80 million in the same period. Prior, Mr. Rella was the managing partner of the Indianapolis office of Drees, Perugini and Company, a mid-market CPA firm with offices in Indianapolis and Ft. Wayne, Indiana.
Rachel Clark
VP, Product & Technology
Mrs. Clark brings to BidPal 10+ years of management experience and technical leadership in the enterprise software industry. As Vice President of Product and Technology, Mrs. Clark has responsibility for a broad range of technology and business services. Mrs. Clark has held a variety of technical and management roles with leading software and consulting companies including Autobase, Aprimo Inc, NoInk Communications and Everypath Inc. Prior to joining Bidpal, Rachel served as Manager of Information Technology and Customer Support for Everypath Inc., a leading provider of scalable wireless application software solutions where her primary focus was facilitating the flow of information through the use of mobile technology. Mrs. Clark holds bachelors degrees in Economics and Business Administration from Hanover College.

Karrie Wozniak
VP, Field Operations & Marketing
Ms. Wozniak brings 14 years of experience in marketing, brand management, advertising, event promotions and franchise development to BidPal. She is responsible for leading BidPal’s efforts as it relates to event distribution and deployment strategies in key markets. She was most recently Marketing Director for Autobase, Inc., a leading CRM software company which was twice named to both the Inc. 500 and Deloitte’s Technology Fast Growth 500. Prior to Autobase, Wozniak held a variety of management positions at Ford Motor Company. Her Ford experience ranged from developing and executing multi-million dollar annual marketing plans to assisting sales teams to exceed volume and share objectives. Ms. Wozniak holds an MBA degree from DePaul University and a BA degree from Purdue University.

James Rischar
VP, Event Operations & IT
Mr. Rischar is the Vice President of Operations and Information Technology for BidPal, with responsibility for planning, delivery and technical support of the BidPal Event systems. Mr. Rischar brings 19 years of management and technical leadership in IT and business operations. He has experience in both large fortune 500 corporate environments and divisional business units, having led several global business and technology transformation projects. Prior to his current role, Mr. Rischar was the CIO of Harlan Laboratories, a global contract research firm supporting the Life Sciences, where he led the global transformation of IT and business operations during private equity ownership. Prior to Harlan, Mr. Rischar was Director of Applications for Perrigo where he was responsible for laboratory systems, security and eCommerce systems integration with Walmart, CVS and other large retailers. Mr. Rischar also worked 14 years with Eli Lilly and Company where he held positions of increasing responsibility in IT management. He has a Bachelor’s of Science in Industrial Management from Purdue University and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
